Alright so got the service done yesterday shes running like brand new. here go the numbers......

Water pump
Compressor belt
Timing belt
Tensioner
$464.98
Valve adjustment
$289.99

Total of 754.97(not including tax) this was the job my nearest dealer was charging me $1700

MY CAR IS SALVAGE SO I WAS EXPECTING A FEW OTHER THINGS...

John the service advisor (really nice guy) took me out to the car and showed me what was wrong with my car, discussed everything with the tech and how they were going to fix it.

Had broken front links
$162.00
Had Replaced broken side mount
$117.34
Transmission flush
$79.99

Total of $359.93(not including tax)

Did not do spark plugs didnt have enough money:/ but the tech said sometime in the nxt 5k miles it should be done, i will do it before though. which is
$259.99

A Total of $1192(tax included) + 19.00 on the NJ turnpike roundtrip + gas about 60 (from and to Massachusetts)= $1271!

This was a great deal and worth the trip this is a great timing belt special they have going take advantage. Overall service was awesome everyone is extremelly nice a beautiful facility. Got there at 9:30 was out by 3pm woudlve been earlier but i got those few extra things done. Bring a friend or two...i went with my two cuzins and walked over to dairy queen for lunch to burn some time and a few test drives aswell of the new Hondas. I know its not as exciting as Acuras lol but hey youve got time to burn

Thanks for reading Hamilton Honda is where is at for the 105k service!

Heck Ramos, you got more than you bargained for with them as opposed to the $1,700 basic job!

Just did mine

Cost me $1270 for labor plus $390 for parts. Also included brakes and turned rotors all around. Didn't need valves adjusted.

Don't know if this will help anyone but it's from the local Acura dealer. In case anyone is looking to get a close estimate of dealer service.

if you're mechanically inclined at least to some extent you can probably do the simply stuff like change all the fluids, plugs and such. the t-belt and water pump is one thing though. There's also a diy on doing that here too.

I just received my gates kit (5pc) in the mail fairly fast. +1 to RockAuto for anyone contemplating.

Looked through everything...seems pretty straight forward (just gotta be careful)..will update if I decide to undertake it myself with the help of a friend.

You can buy mine when I get some coilovers...

The 105K service really isnt that bad IF you have some common auto tech knowledge. Just follow the DIY on here and youll be fine. I had a problem with a bolt for the tensioner breaking off in the block- but thats a long story. Other than that everything was fine- about a 5-6hr job I believe...

I called the service...
My car is always maintanced at the dealer since 2006. So that's why they skip the cabin filter engine filter blah blah...

When #4 light-up,
Spark plug
Water pump
All drve belts + TB
Changing out the coolant on the car
+ labor = $1606

I don't know if valve cover gaskets and valve adjustment neccessary.
Or bearing and hydrolic tensioner...

I am thinking of buying the parts from vendor. I belive like $256.
But on the other side, I know these guys at the dealer very well... I don't know what would they say if I bring the parts in
They helped me a lot since 6 years. Free services, discounts and more.

It's total $1606 but with discount it will be like $1365.

Of course I don't know if these will come up as it did with Ramos22j
Broken front links
Broken side mount
or more

With the DIY everyone could do it but I am not sure...
Peace of a cake for my dad but he is like go to the service, don't play with it
He doesn't play with the cars anymore after we left Europe. He is like I had enough fun with cars...

Anyways... so yeah that's it
I might call Hamilton Honda NJ and ask for the labor price.
If I go there,
to my dealer, I'll be like I was on a road trip to CA and I replaced it there

thats not bad but only if i knew how to play with the engine which i dont . Planning on taking a 2 year degree for an auto tech then i shall have no issues

how much will you be selling the suspension and like how many miles they have on them?

I'm just under 90k now so I'll probably be due for this in a year or so. Hopefully Hamilton will still have this deal going on because I'd have no problem driving down there to save that kind of money.

Hopefully the thread I read on this dealer was 2years old, called them up to see if it was still going on and it was $100 cheaper

Yeah about 6hrs but if your car doesn't come up with anything else like mine did it can be just about 4hrs.. Oh a loan car will be nice while they work on your car.

Nice. I did my TB service there as well. 498 with the tensioner. Great service. I told them I would be back in 2 tears to do it again.

Just got an appointment with them on this Friday. 15th
@ 9am

I replaced the sparkplugs yesterday.

They will do
Timing belt service $389
Adjusting the valves $289

Tensioner if needed $75

His name is Harvey... one of the two service managers I belive.

Didn't ask the front links or side mounts. We'll see there.

Let them replace the hydraulic tensioner for the extra $75. Almost all of them are leaking by 105K like mine was. With the money you're saving overall, it doesn't pay to skimp. You'll still be out the door for under $500 for the timing belt/water pump portion of the bill.

Well done Ramos to check Azine first! Do the plugs yourself as a DIY or buy some plugs online (best price Advanced Auto Parts with coupon code?) and let an independent shop change 'em. Hamilton Honda's TB deal is so good I made it part of my month-long east coast sightseeing trip two years ago...from Colorado no less....

Dude, if I were you I would just do it around 95k or so... don't wait for 107
It's night and day difference.
After the service... I am like, I was making that belt turn for nothing and harming the engine by using more power for the car to go + (more gas)

And sparkplugs too...definitely shows the difference
