Yeah, those xMods are pretty cool! I never bought one, but you can do all kinds of mods to those things, motor, suspension, rims, ground effects, etc.

But if you are willing to spend $50 for a 1/28 scale car (from Radio Shack), you might as well spend $85 for a 1/18 scale (shipped to your door)!

Add me to the Black RL list in addition to my Silver TL!

I am assuming that since you need 25 of each color, the new colors are factory painted (vs. you having them repainted).

Also, you might want to actually create a NEW thread in the RL forums as most of them probably don't check the TL forums? I would think that if a post is made there pointing to this thread, not much replies would be made so it would not be a very active thread for long and would drop off the radar unless someone keeps bumping it or making it a sticky.

No Red these are all the colors that will be made. Anything else you want to do you have to modify. It took 30 e-mails to get these colors. Thats the best I can do. No all I need is everybody to support this so we can get the numbers we need.

I respectfully suggest that we reconsider the decision to offer additional colors. While I appreciate the effort and I would actually prefer a choice of red, it seems unlikely that we'll ever reach the twenty-five target number for colors like white, blue, dark grey, etc.

TL owners of those colors should not be offended. I love my red TL even though it's not among the top-selling colors. Realistically, silver and black are very popular TL colors. We will reach twenty-five sooner if we stick with just those two choices.

I'd rather have a 1/18 scale model in any color than none at all. BTW: my son contacted a local paint shop that would respray the model in any color for $35.00.

In an effort to placate everyone, none of us may be satisfied because how are we ever going to reasonably get 25 for each color???? I think this is out of hand and got way off track with all of the colors. Can we just take this back to the two basic original colors? I really wanted this, and now it seems where as we were almost there, it will be far-fetched now! YOU CAN'T POSSIBLY PLEASE EVERYBODY!

Well, personally I think that we may EVENTUALLY get enough White and Dark Grey, as well as Black and Silver, but I highly doubt we will ever get enough Blue (although it is a very nice color!).

I was originally thinking that for Supercomputers, his minimum order from his source would be 100 units total, for which he split 50 of each original color,and actually ordering once he got 50% of that - 25 of each.

I was hoping with the addition of the additional colors and models (RL) he would be able to now distribute his total order of 100 between ALL the colors and would actually be able to order sooner.

It appears his requirement from his source is 50 of each color however.

This most likely will actually make it take LONGER to hit our goal of 25 for ANY color.

I do think that these models should be available for sale in other colors, if they are available, but on the flip side, the Group Buy may never actually happen if we do not get enough to order in the first place!

Right now, I think our best hope is that Supercomputers can renegotiate with his source and decrease his minimum order...

This would probably be the best for Supercomputers as well, as if the numbers from before stands, he will have to front $25k for all the orders (if all the models and colors are ordered).

Guys I am working on trying to get it down to 15 each. Or Mix in match. I think its workable so dont get fustrated. I am doing my best. Just keep adding your names to the right list. I am hoping to have the details hammered out on Qty Shortly pricing and everything is the same I am just trying to get them to work with me on all the different colors. I hope you guys understand I dont want to lay out that kind of money for cars that will be sitting around, I will keep you posted.
