I think that'll be the best way to inform people about the models, because i am sure many don't know they exist but they wud want 1. Let's go people, if you want 1 for $85, put this in your signatures so that we can get them, it's a good way of advertising them. I will try to figure out why my signature is not showing up and post it in mine as well.

Thanks neuronbob! That's exactly the list I was referring to earlier. There has to be a way to get more TLers to join in on this buy! A question for those that are choosing silver....if you had to, would you accept a black TL model so we could get the group buy? I guess the same goes for those of us that want the black, but I think the black looks better (i'm biased though as I have a NBP).

Was thinking in the same line. If consolidated to one color, we will definitely make the minimum of 25. My preference is Black but which ever way is fine with me.

Guys you are right but no matter how we go about it I need to order 100 cars to get the price, I will place the order with 50 confirmed, They can be all one color or 1/2 on each. No matter how we slice it I need to take 100 of them and if I dont have 50 sold at the start I cant put that kind of capitial in. Once you get to 50 I will go ahead with it.

Maybe we need to make a competition out of this......as long as everyone takes it seriously, so that if you put your name on the list, you will be responsible for paying for one.

Personally, I think a model of the TL, no matter what the color, would be an excellent addition to any persons desk. Hmmm....maybe I should put myself down for two....one for work, and one for home......I'll think about that. For now, one is sufficient.

I just got my rims for my TL!

Hopefully they will fit though...

It is on a 1/18 Remote Controlled Yukon Denali. Probably 1/18 24" Rims?

LOL! I got that because so far, that is the closest I have found to my rims...

I found a backup (1/18" Die-Cast Mustang) in case this one doesn't work out, but might need to be modified (if possible ) because it has center caps. If I shave the centercaps off, I will lose the chrome finish, and to my knowledge, I can't rechrome that part...

Don't worry, I bought an A-Spec kit, so the mudflaps will be gone soon enough!

How is the RL treating you? Alot of people seem to think the RL is too "plain". Personally I think the RL is SEXY!

Any word on getting some RL's? If you need 100 total, maybe you can get 25 of each color TL and RL (assuming there are 2 color RL's)! If we can get the RL guys in on this, we could fill up the list alot quicker!

I'd probably be in on getting an RL as well!

Well, I found ANOTHER alternate set of rims for my TL... This set is SUPER deep dish though... LOL!



This is on a 1/24 scale Nova (not 1/18) but I think the diameter might be about right. Might have to modify them somehow to not be so deep dish though!
