You know, I think this car resembles the Chinese TL. It has the 07 mirrors and tail lights and it's now sold in China and so someone in China decided to make a replica model of it.
I think that's kinda cool.
The listing was removed from ebay. Did someone end up buying it?

one interesting thing that i noticed was the fact that the rear doors open as well. all 1/18 scale models i've seen only do the normal two front doors, hood, and maybe trunk. the detail looks killer on it (notice the window frame areas).

Depends on what brand. Normal Maisto's don't do it, however the premium ones for some cars. All AutoART and Kyosho diecast models have all the doors, trunk and hood open.

I collect these die-cast models and IHMO they are way over priced. This guy is making a killing!
Check out the diecasts made by kyosho that seller has in his store. They are way better in quality than the TL/RL and yet they are way cheaper.

Well if Kyosho made a TL or RL, then we would buy it at th $55~ range. But since this guy only sells it for that much, we're pretty much left to the only monopoly available.
I wonder how much you could get them on the streets or stores in China. I'm going to ask a few friends to check this out for me.

I really hope that you're right about the steering wheel, but I assumed that he took the picture at the same time w/o messing around w/ the steering wheel. And if he did that, then the wheels are straight and the steering wheel is upside down.

Still working out the detail fellas, Not Looking to resell and make money off you guys just organizing the buy being a vendor so its easy. I make money on you guys on my door sills and Race pedals. So support the cause and buy those LOL.
As for being shipped to your door no that would be shipped to me, So figure another few dollars for priority mail to you. We can start forming a list soon, I am trying to get 50 of each color plus I have to hit the 100 car mark to get this done. I will keep you updated. I am working on getting the guys banking info now to start the process.

Ok Guys lets start a list I have the guys banking info I need to Start a Black list and a Silver one. Cost to your Door Via Priority Mail is going to be 85.00 I need to get atleast 20-30 people for each color before I commit. Delivery time to the USA is about 10 days then I am looking at 2-3 days to box them up and get them out to you.
So you know here is how i am coming up with the price. 63.00 Delivered to the USA "50.00 for the model 13.00 for EMS Shipping", 9.00 for Shipping to You Via Priority Mail, 5.00 to cover paypal fees, and about 8.00 per car for all my time and for the 6,300 I am going to have to lay out to place the order.
If your intrested start the list now for Black and Silver There are no returns on this Item once you pay all sales are final. I wont start taking payments until I place the order and we have 20-30 people on each list. If we hit 20-30 fast we could have these before Christmans.
