07 type-s tail lamp
a lot of people have had that same problem...it is very hard to get out
try shaking or tapping the housing or try using an air compressor to blow them out...if that doesn't work, try to exchange them for a new pair
where did you get them from?

I hate south coast acura. They suck. One of the worst sevice departments around. You should have them replace it. They should replace them for you with no problem. Then again, it is South Coast Acura...

I'd say go with the compressed air method first. You can go to the electronics (or just about any) store and pick up a canister for a few dollars. Take out the electronics like aroymak said and just blast it with the air. I couldn't see the dust being so stuck to the lenses that a little compressed air won't wisk it away with the quickness.
A second option is to take it back to where you bought them and either have them get the dust out for you with their equipment (thereby preserving anything that has to do with warranty) or have them get you new ones. It's their crappy stuff that they sold you, so they should fix it - even if it's not necessarily their fault.
I'd say worst case scenario is you do that thing with the water that aroymak recommended. From my experience, water + electronics = not good, so I'd be careful.
