07 TL w/ Navi - quote

Radley acura in VA wants $37,795 ($1000 over MSRP) for 07 TL w/ Navi !!

I am surprised there is $1000 dealer markup.. given all the competition and this isn't even all newly designed TL..

Has anyone gotten better quote?

Not sure if you'll get a better quote from Tischer Acura, but you can give them a try.

Tischer Acura

Tischer keeps saying they don't have 07 TLs.. but I just read message here today that someone got a call from them saying they do have 07s.

Anyway, I guess I'll have to wait a little to get off MSRP.

I 'm the one who said that I got a message from Tischer today. I've generally found that in this area I get good competition between Radley and Pohanka. On initial quotes (for '06s) those two were more than $1k below Tischer. Tischer only comes around to play ball if they think you're going to go somewhere else...just my .

Anyway, that said, I haven't gotten any quotes on '07s, I'm going wait a little bit until the hype dies down, then I'll see what they'll do.

I bought my 2006 in April from Radley. Paid invoice... $31.8 I believe.

Kwame Gachette, internet sales manager, was my sales bubba. Good expereince, call back and ask for him.

I just got my '06 TL two months ago.

I got my '06 TL w/ NAV demo from Radley Acura two months ago. They gave me a great deal with full warranty, free oil change for life and free inspection every year. But I'm meeting with my sales Rep this Saturday, to test drive the '07 TL type S. And yeah he mentioned the fact that they are going to add a price markup on the '07s. I'm probably goint to wait a little more until they get a lot of '07s in stock to see if I change mine, but for now I just want to test drive the type S to see if is worth it to change mine.

Huh? I just called Kwame at Radley, and he syas they don't have a Type-S. I also received the "bad news"... becasue of the redesign, they plan to not be very flexible on price.

Looks like he's late to the table in getting his allocation in.

They're already out there, as we've seen.

On another board, someone claimed he got a '07 TL 5AT/Navi for $35,350 (including destination). I think it depends if you live in a competitve area. If you only have 1 or 2 dealers, you're gonna get the shaft until inventory of '07s goes up. As for markup, that just shows how dirty these mothers can get, acting like they're selling the '09 TL with SH-AWD or something.

Kinda true. It all depends on how you deal. It's not a TL, but I just threw down on a 2007 Honda Odyssey Touring for the wife (2nd kid on the way )... It had to be ordered, wasn't even being rpoduced from the factory yet... I walked in and said I'll pay $200 over invoice and sign today. Sold.

I did the exact same thing in April for my 2006.

Some dealers will deal, some won't.

My dealer does not have 07 TL even though they were do in last Monday. When they get them there will not be any dals for a while. They do still have about 40 06's left, happy to deal on those.

If your dealer has 40 '06 TLs and 5-7 '07 TLs, he'll be less likely to deal on the '07s. That just makes sense. Like I said in earlier post, it also depends on how competitive your area is. You'll probably have to wait until he/she has at least 20-25 '07s. How many TL's does the average Acura dealer get in a week ? I checked the website inventories of several Acura dealers in NY/NJ yesterday and while some dealers only have about 20 '06 TLs, other dealers have between 40 and 50. Only two dealers had '07 TLs listed.

Park Av. Acura in NJ had 4 '07 TLs listed.
Springfield Acura had 7 '07 TLs listed.

Maybe he inferred I wanted a manual... Good luck. Don't let them screw you too hard.

Springfield Acura's (NJ) website inventory now shows 12 base '07 TLs and 16 Type-S. I don't know if they're on the lot or inbound.

What's the invoice for the base 07 TL w/ navi? (without freight).

I am hoping to buy two for around $34 + tax + tags.. not sure if any dealer will sell them at that price before end of this month.

Just got a type s 6 spd for sticker, no markup. the car is wicked and acura now has the very dim lights under the dash so a night you can barely see your feet.

I will be purchasing my FIRST Acura (07 Base TL w/Navi) with within the next couple of months. As soon as the dealers come off of there High horse with this Minor update. You would think that this was a totally new model whith the OVER sticker prices they are quoting.

Since there is only one dealership in Oklahoma City, I dont think I will get ANY kind of deal here.

I am planning on purchasing in the Dallas/Fort Worth area where there is more competition.

I have been given one suggestion, but I would like to hear about others to try.
Are there any dealers to stay away from?

Thanks in advance.........
