'07/'08 Transmissions

So, does the 07/08 BASE TL transmission have the RL transmission or the BDGA used in 04. My Transmission chart at work says its the BDGA but It also says the type s uses that too... what gives?

The 07-08 has a different transmission then the 04-06, but I can't say for sure if it the RL transmission.

i dont have an answer for you but I hope it's different just cuz 04-06 transmissions fail too hard!!!

07-08 TL using a modified version of the Acura RL transmission for FWD use, not direct fit of RL tranmission. 07-08 base TL and TL-S using the same transmission. Meanwhile 04-06 transmission is different, you can tell since 3rd and 4th pressure switches being on a different location.
