Is there anyway that I can get my taillights to look like the 07 tl type s tailights without spray/tinting it?

 

My guess would be no. But if it could be done, it'd probably be cheaper to buy it than to DIY.

I think the OP wants to mod his current OEM all red tails to look like the 07-08 type s tails without spraying or tinting or buying a new pair. lol doesn't sound like it can happen if you don't want to spray or tint anything.
