05 TL 6spd vs. XK8

So my friends dad just got a new XK8 and he wanted to see how it would do against the TL. So we raced from about 15-110 and pretty much got the same result everytime. He pulled 1.5 cars on me at the very beginning and he pretty much stayed there the whole time up until about 110. I think that he was pissed he didn't beat me by more because he thought the XK8 was really fast but I knew I could keep up with him.

nope, not the 400hp version. That's the XKR, not the XK8.

No it was not the 400hp one. The XK8 has 300hp the XKR has 420hp.
