We all know the story, everyone wants the RJ kit but its just too costly so we either settle for the ASPEC kit or wait till we can afford it. I know Ron has hinted at possibly running a group buy on these kits before with the release of the Type S and 07, but those talks just died after that.

Maybe if we can show him enough interest as to a definitive amount of people that would buy maybe he'd reconsider and be more aggressive with his pricing? So whos in guys!??

We'll have a sort of GB on the current kit, but in march when we actually start taking preorders on the Type S lip kit. So we'll have two sales going on at the same time. and word is that the Full bumper TL kit for the 04-06 TL will fit the O& fine, as well as the Type S, as long as the front grille trim from the 04-06 is used. The Type S exhasut openings are slightly different, so the rear bumper would not work on the Type S unless the pipes are changed.

 

Ron, so what you're saying is more or less next month?

Like all other group buys, I've found that the discount, which is sometimes not even that much, is not worth the hassle of waiting FOREVER to get your stuff... sometimes not at all.

A couple of months ago I asked the same question about the group buy for the 04-06 body kit, but was told it would not be fair for those you paid full price. Any chance Ron changed his mind. If price is I am in. TIA guys

The 3rd thru 5th pics were from a customer in Hawaii, who had his kit swapped over from his previous TL, so it was painted twice, and it was kinda worn from being on another TL for so long, but he said it fits fine, over the exhasut and with the 04-06 grille. He also rigged the lights to fit.

As for the GB, lets get a list of people ready to be included, and if we can reach ten customers, then everybody will get $the kit for $1350 instead of the regular price of $1500. But this is a one time thing, and only Acurazine members who know about this GB will be able to apply. Shipping charges not included and this is only for the TL kit. Also, all the kits will be shipped out when we reach the tenth participant.

 

Opps, I thought we were talking about the new 07 Types S lip kit?? Sorry, I'm out then.
