For the last 6 months or so, I've been having intermittent wobble/vibration in my front right suspension. Everything seems tight though. At first I had a vibration, then it sounded like a bearing whine. My tires were a little choppy too but I figured it was due to the suspension. I purchased a bearing and had a buddy that runs a shop replace the bearing. He called and said he's 100 % it's the tires and didn't replace the bearings. I bought all brand new tires and it rode great for about a month. Now that same front right suspension is acting up again. At low speeds, some days it'll wobble like the lugs are loose but go away as I speed up, some days it's fine. At high speeds, some days it feels like the inner/outer tie rod is about to break because it wobbles like the lugs are loose. Yes, I torque to specs and check regularly. Some days it just vibrates like an unbalanced tire. Put it on a lift and can't find anything loose. Since I got all new tires, I rotated the other 3 to the front right and it stays there, so I know it's not the tire or balance of rims. I really don't want to just start replacing parts, if I don't have too. I know it's not normal.

I don't know if it's related but in the last couple of weeks, I've started getting a squeak coming from the front suspension and when I turn the steering wheel, even when not moving. But I don't know if it's the steering or suspension because it squeaks just as bad going straight and not turning steering. But it's pretty much every crack/ bump that I go over....squeak, squeak, squeak.

 

Did you check the CV boots?
