Anyone able to get this resolved. I know not everyone seems to have this but it is so irritating to me and have been told that it is operating as designed. The dealer hears the noise but when they check they say all is Normal. Very frustrating. I so want to like the car, but it is hard.

Have an appt set to go get the latest TSB for all my Infotainment gremlins solved. Keeping my fingers crossed on that one.

 

I haven't heard anything yet either. There were a bunch of 2014 RLXs at a dealer in NY and they had very low mileage on them (Demos?). A majority of them had the subframes replaced, so I'm not sure if that is the issue or not...? Hmmmmm.
