Lost Traffic Flow on Navigation

Has been gone for a number of days and the customer support is not much help. Anyone else experiencing a traffic flow loss?

The traffic flow is part of the AcuraLink subscription. I would also play with the settings to see if it'll come back.

I was looking at the Acuralink website to get more info on Real-time traffic: https://www.acura.com/rlx/modals/acu...l-time-traffic

It said it is only free for the first 3 years and subscription service after that. Could you be just outside of the 3 free years?
