So I just climbed in the back seat of 2016 RLX SH-AWD Sport Hybrid and noticed there are no cup holders molded into the back of the center seat pull-down arm rest. Really? That means there are only two cup holders in the car. There are literally more motors in the car than cup holders.

Two cup holders? Maybe my liberal friends are right. Maybe it really is 1984.

 

Fold down the rear seat armrest and they pop out from the end.

 

Yup. They are well-hidden.

 

i may be showing my literary or political ignorance, Scott, but I'm missing the meaning of the 1984 reference. Fewer cup holders = Big Brother doesn't drink coffee?
