^^This is a medical issue and so I will give you a medical solution...I would recommend surgery to shorten your right leg by one half inch. Keeping your normal driving style, the shorter right leg would result in slower acceleration thus curing your neck problem. If leg-shortening surgery is too extreme... might I suggest driving with your mother-in-law in the back seat to constantly nag at you if you are accelerating too quickly. A word of advice, given these two options, the majority of patients immediately take a cheese grater to their own right foot.

I apologize for making light of your issue, what I was trying to say is that "more gentle" acceleration may be your cure. Perhaps Acura needs to add a warning sticker: Acura RLX Sport Hybrid Fun Factor has proven to be addictive and dangerous to your health - drivers should limit the engagement of Fun Factor 10 to one or two days a week.

You've reminded me that back in the early 80's I was temporarily driving an interceptor that came with a warning sticker not to try to achieve top speed in top gear.

Cars have come a long way!
