Price of 2016 RLX

Welcome to AZ! Which version of the RLX do you desire? That determines the answer to your question.
If the Sport Hybrid, you'll be paying MSRP or close to it right now because of very limited availability. There is no official word on production but anecdotal reports indicate limited availability.
If the PAWS version, we have no anecdotal reports on the forum yet for 2016. I suspect, however, that it will be similar to the last two years, with deep discounts. The Advance model, at the end of the model year, is typically discounted to the upper $40's. During the model year, your mileage may vary. For example, TrueCar indicates that in my area, the Advance (top-of-line) model is $59k and the Tech (has the same features as last year's Advance other than the Krell audio system!!) is $53k.
tl;dr :
NO ONE pays close to MSRP for the PAWS model at this point. It's a great deal on a great ride.

My dealer recently sold a 2016 Advance with no dealer installed options for 56,750.
The dealer is in Northern Virginia and the customer was one with established Honda Finance history.

I am referring to the gas (PAWS) versions. As I stated above, the 2016 hybrid will likely be at or close to MSRP for now.

At the end of the model/calendar year, some are getting that much of a discount on the Advance model, or did in the past.

For the money that people are paying, these are remarkable values. Marvelous content, great quality, solid reliability.

Nice job! Welcome to the fold. the 2016 Tech is roughly equivalent to the 2015 Advance, but without Krell, ventilated seats (heated only), heated steering wheel, front/rear sensors, surround cam (2016 only feature anyway), folding mirrors, and rear/side shades. I'd say you did well holding out for a 2016 for that reason as not everyone sees those items as must haves.

Neuronbob,
I assume you mean equivalent in price since obviously so many more options is quite different from Advance.
Also, actually, folding mirrors are included in the Tech package, something not mentioned on Acura's website.
Thanks for always promptly responding!

I believe neuronbob was referring to the "Safety and Security" (CMBS), and the "Driver Assistance" (ACC, LKAS) features. I don't think they were included with the 2014-2015 PLX Tech......

Also, the Tech has non-motorized folding mirrors while the Advance has motorized folding mirrors.
Acura stepped up the value of the Tech model in 2016 by adding stuff previously only in the Advance.....and that is a good thing. They also stepped up the Advance (a little) for 2016. Good on Acura!
