2014 RLX tech wheel hub

My lug nuts were put on too tight and when I went to get a new set of tires the lugs kept spinning and two of the lug nuts had to be drilled and cut off. I am in need of a new hub assembly for the front passenger side... a search revealed that a new one is approximately $180... my question is, can the hub from a mdx or accord fit the RLX.... I know most Honda stuff can be used on other Honda/Acura such as the 14 RLX steering wheel airbag is the same in the MDX.( from experience)

Tried a salvage yard or somewhere like LKQ? Or are you set on new?

I have 4 LKQ yards I can go to in the Tampa Bay area... what I am asking is : do anyone know by chance or experience if our hub is the same as the MDX or Accord.

Try cross referencing the part on an on-line parts suppliers like Rock Auto and see if the MDX or Accord part numbers are the same. Good Luck Demosan

why just not buy a hub and not hassle with worrying about fitment. $180 from online acura dealerships. Better yet, why replace the hub (and bearing) ... just buy a bearing and 5 new studs/lugs? I'm having to go thru the same with a busted stud.

You'll need part# 90113-SHJ-A02 (5 of them) and 44300-T0A-951.

You are almost guaranteed to bust the the bearing while removing the hub ... this can be a very frustrating job and the bearing needs to be pressed out/in and depending what tools you have require the removal of the nuckle. Studs can be hammered out very easy and pressed back in with a stud installer. And when you're all done, getting an alignment.

Tools needed:
wheel bearing remover kit $80
Stud in staller $20
Hub puller $150 which can also be used to remove the bearing's inner race which will come out with the hub which is why you need to replace the bearing.

Or remove the knuckle and take to a machine shop with the parts to do the work.
