Premium vs Non-Ethanol

Has anyone used Non ethanol in their RLX SH? If so did you notice any difference. Would you recommend sticking with 91 Octane instead? My father's Lexus had to have the injectors cleaned due to ethanol buildup and he only uses 93 octane? This is why I'm questioning only using Non ethanol int the RLX.

In theory, as long as the non-ethanol petrol is the correct pump octane or higher, you will experience better MPG and experience no deleterious effects.

However, the extra expense and difficulty locating non-ethanol fuel will probably greatly outweigh any increase in MPG.

Because modern J Motors are designed for and tuned for ethanol percentages we experience at our pumps, there are no wear or cleaning problems with regular, correct octane US fuel.

You should not run higher ethanol percentages than those for which the car is tuned, because you might inadvertently use a fuel so high in ethanol that it falls outside the car’s ability to richen the mixture enough to run properly.

Thanks. I have Wawa near me who sells non ethanol. But I don't know how to find out the octane. I use this Wawa non ethanol for all of my mowing equipment, as suggested by the mowing equipment manuals. Ive not had any problem with the mowing equipment, although I know there no comparison with the RLX. Wawa's non ethanol is a little less expensive than their 93 octane.
