2014 Acura RLX advice

Good Morning
I've had several Acura TLs for work. Seems like I bounce back and forth from Lexus to Acura's. My wife LS460 is about time to trade in. I've read thru all the post here and think I know my answer but wanted to ask anyway. I test drove a 2014 RLX with Advance yesterday at a dealer that had a couple different cars wanted to test drive. First thing was the Acura was much sharper in person than I expected. Second the interior was a lot nicer than my 12 TL with advance and the car felt very roomy almost as big as my LS460. The dealer was wanting to deal the car. I could get the car for just under 30k had 11000 miles clear title. The car fax showed that the battery had been replaced twice (not a good sign)
I was pretty impressed about the car even after I drove some others that my wife wants to look at. After got home read thru 5 or 6 pages of this forum and went to bed going nope going to walk away from that car with all of its problems. Then woke up thinking what else in that class had that big of a backseat I still have some teenagers at home. Something that was that impressive interior. The audi A6 was nice but about 12 grand higher. GS350 back seat very small. LS about 20K to much.
Read thru all the TSB's WOW that would keep my Acura dealer in business for a while (btw the closest dealer is 60 miles away) Lexus dealer same way but hardly ever needed to take a lexus to a dealer.

Give me your opinions

Thanks

Just make sure the TSBs have been addressed and physically drive the car again over bumpy roads to ensure that the suspension is to your liking. If it checks out, then do it as a 11k RLX for under 30k is a steal and a half. Also, look at when it was built; the early 2014s had the issues you are reading about in the forums.

TSB will address any issues - none of which have been that drastic except for rear suspension issue which all should have been fixed by now. My dealer offered me $36K for my '14 RLX with 27900 miles in trade so your 30K is a great price

I agree, the price is fantastic for the vehicle. However I would ask for an explanation for the battery replacement x 2, and an accompanying warranty on the electrical system. The price is so good, that I would pay extra for the warranty, because if there is a problem bleeding the battery, you may pay a lot of money chasing down the problem later.
