Is there a way to slow the fan speed down a bit more?

Is there a way to slow the fan speed down a bit more?
On the lowest setting it is still blowing too hard for me. Seems like there should be one more setting to slow it down more. Is there a fix to this?

Adjust air flow to floor and dashboard vents (this reduces speed on top vent)

or just aim vent to a different direction
