Has anyone else seen one song listed over and over on the MID when using the left steering wheel controls? Mine has always shown one song listed as the entire playlist on the MID since I purchased my RDX 2 years ago. When you select one of the duplicate songs a completely different song plays. I was able to replicate this today with the service managers iPhone in my car and in another RDX. The loaner RDX they gave me acts normal. This is a picture of the display with my iPhone plugged into the loaner. Resetting the infotainment system does not fix this and neither does wiping my iPhone which I did 2 times last week. Sorry no pic from my car had to get back to work and I forgot to snap a pic but the service manager has one. I was on the clock at the time at Acura. Everything on the main screen matches.


Loaner RDX MID. No problem with my iPhone plugged in.

 

No more duplicate songs on the MID. They did a full factory reset and it solved it this time. Strange thing is all the other times they did a reset it didn’t fixture it. ?????????
