Pushing button above tailgate unlocks/releases door but no beep and no lift. I can manually lift the gate with my fingers under the lip of the gate. Once open all the way, close button won't close. Sometimes no beep and sometimes 3 beeps but no close. This is intermittent. Right now it is not working at all. In 30 minutes or tomorrow, it will start working again. Any ideas?
***Note: Purchased new from dealer end of 2019. Tow package installed at dealer 1 year later. No issues until the past couple months. No accidents or damage.
