Greetings guys and gals. Got my RDX in January and soon started to modify it to make it perform like a dream. It's a 2021 A-Spec Advance SH-AWD as we can get the top trim with A-Spec pkg in China even with the pre-facelift model.

Factory cat & GPF delete, CAP 400 cell universal cat welded onto factory front-pipe

Cusco oil catch can
Wrinkle red 2.0T Accord engine cover

Yokohama ADVAN Sport V105 255/40/R20
Brembo GT6 6 pot brake & Brembo 380mm 2 piece rotor
custom 330mm rear rotor with a red colour match to the front

Paint protection film
GAC Acura de-badged and rearrange to North American style

Very interesting how you get the A-spec/Adv trim on the '21 but the garnishes on the front bumper are the Advance garnishes in black instead of the A-spec garnishes. Would love to find a part number for them.

Car looks great, I have very similar plans for mine.

 

@John-The-Janitor Would you mind sharing more details on your brake upgrade? I've been looking for something like this for mine however haven't really been able to piece together the proper parts that will all fit together - Thanks in advance!!

 

Pull up the year and different trim (Aspec versus Advance) model parts graphics on Home | DreamShop (honda.com)
Compare & contrast the availability of the garnishes, between the two, note their part numbers, then perform a picture search to verify, purchase / install.

 

Thanks for essentially telling me to "Google it".

When you look at the diagram, do you see different part numbers listed for black and chrome versions of the non-A-Spec garnishes? I do not.

5/11 is the left and right version of the chrome non-A-Spec garnish
6/12 is the left and right version of the black A-spec garnish.

He is in another country, presumably China, so Acura must have a part number there, but I cannot find it from the US.

 

Okay, it is the 5/11 'black' non-A-Spec garnish that you desire; however, it only is available in chrome for your USDM Acura RDX?
In addition, if APW is listing 5/11 as 'discontinued' / 'Currently Unavailable' then, as you say, your only recourse is to get them from China or DIY with a can of black spray paint?
Though, these are probably made in China?

As you say, black 5/11 appears to be what the OP has in his picture below.

 

The eBay ones have been around for some time but there are no reviews for them, so I'd prefer OEM. Thanks for trying.

 

I was going to say maybe the OP would update this 'flex' thread with his one & only post; however, he shows no sign of life here since 14March22.
I to am interested as to whether those pictured right & left front bumper trim garnishes are actual OEM?
