Installation support for Graham Rahll turbo and intercooler
Installation support for Graham Rahl turbo and intercooler. Hi I’m getting ready to install my new parts so I’m looking for any support documentation on how to install an upgraded intercooler from Graham Rahl and upgraded turbo to my 2021 RDX a spec also what additional stuff I might need such as fluids etc.
Also will I need to do any adjustments to my KTuner Phearable stage 3 tune.

Look up the front lower oem spoiler installation pdf for bumper removal.
the intercooler unbolts and new one goes on
GRP doesnt include a gasket if you want to swing past acura for a new one.
makes it a little easier to remove the bumper crash support (bolts) then just reinstall
You can ask phearable directly, but I don't believe their tune is designed for the upgraded turbo. If you want to take full advantage of the turbo you'll want to talk to a tuner like Derek at Innovative Motorworks.
Finally installed the GRP Inter-cooler (black) and the Turbo Kit. Some points i thought i'd mention to help others out.
When installing the GRP inter-cooler make sure you stretch out the one end of the flex hose so it will fit over the GRP pipe. I ended up soaking one end on boiling hot water and stretching it out over the end of a hairdryer. Also as mentioned so much easier to install when removing the crash bar.
When installing the Turbo kit note; you dont use the heat shield and the support mount bolt under the turbo. Also you will need to cut about 1/4" off the two bolts for the titanium air inlet when mounting or just add washers/buy shorter bolts, if not they will bottom out and not allow you to thighten the mount. All in all it took me a total of 9 straight hours to remove and install both the inter-cooler and Turbo, with Zero instructions. I just the odd glance at a youtube video done by "just a Honda Accord" and the support information from Type X and WunderWagen. Also a quick facetime with GRP Tech Zack Leach. But very happy with the results i am still running it with the Phearable Stage 3 Tune but hopefully will get it on the dyno next week and see if anymore tweaks can be done.
