I've got an RV6-P catted downpipe and can hear the exhaust a touch on a cold start but is essentially silent otherwise, which is what I'd like to maintain. If this could pick up another 10whp or so I'd gladly grab it.

 

I have the GRP Catback which is not the way you wanna go if your looking for quiet.

As far as sound I would expect the FW to have minimal effect on how it sounds, slightly noticeable but nothing really changing much because all of the sound dampening is done after the FP.

I would expect it to pick up a few ponies over the factory pipe, the factory on is literally a pancake just under the motor and very restricted in its ability to flow.

I would say this is a good upgrade based on how poor the front pipe is, and with the bigger turbo you need all the flow you can get.

 

I know a few people with their stuff on accords and they all seem to like it, but their prices are all over the place

$1900 for 2 mufflers
and $800 for a front pipe

both can be done for about $1000 less at a local shop and you can option the items you want

 

Order has been placed for the front pipe, it's due to arrive next Wednesday. Looking forward to seeing if it is an appreciable change. The PRL RDX stage 1 intake tube that on their site states an estimated ship date of 8/12 looks to have shipped early so that'll be here Tuesday.
