Question J pipe? Never heard of it.......

"A" pipe yes! "J" What the heck is that???? Please all you who are referring to the "J" pipe. Set me straight! I think your referring to the "A" pipe. Maybe I am incorrect, but maybe not.....

Please set me right........

the J pipe is the one where the front bank exhaust pipe and the rear bank exhaust pipe meet into that single pipe. The single pipe is called the J-Pipe.

Here's a picture of it, and Acura does call it an a-pipe, #6, so I can see where the confusion comes from.

My parts guy also called it the "A" pipe.
