transmission issue

Than engine is cold I put from Park to Reverse I fill transmission try twice to catch Reverse I fill it because rotation is high than engine hot it same only i no fill so much if it normal

thanks for response , but my VIN # higher than in this Service Bulletin and I think this is transmission issue
