Hello all, been a while since I have posted here. On my 2021 Tech RDX linked to Samsung A53 5G I am having a problem with received phone calls. The speaker volume is so low when receiving a call a I have to physically pick up my phone to hear the person calling. When making a call via voice command, the received volume is fine, no problem. Navigation and voice command voice levels are fine. Problem is only when I receive a call. Am I missing something in either the Info system or my phone settings? Any help would be appreciated.

 

Have you tried turning the volume knob during the call? That worked for me.
