Potential issues when adding aftermarket sub

I'm thinking of having a local shop add an aftermarket powered subwoofer. Nothing big, nothing major, just a sub to add a little more bass. I'm also thinking that with this car (I have the Advanced 2019) there's the potential of them messing something up, like not tapping into the correct line level wires, having issues with the noise cancelling, etc. Am I overthinking this? Should I trust the "pros" will do the right thing? Are there specific questions I should ask them, or other issues I should worry about?

installation is installation. they got that down. a good shop has hundreds if not thousands of installs under their belt. if you're wary about installation, ask them to see some prior installs.. ask them for references.
a good question to ask is "what about ANC? what will you (the shop) do about ANC?"

I think it will depend on the shop/tech, but I will say that I installed my aftermarket sub in one evening without any issues. There's at least one solid guide on here. I never got around to writing one up about my process, but I'm open to answering any questions. FYI - no need to drill through the firewall or into the frame for grounding.

There are a couple other threads on here discussing the issues with a sub install, including the anc. It is worth the 1/2 read for you.
