I started up the car today and got a “check tuner” message. Screen when black then restored. Now the display goes from day to night and “drive mode change unavailable” constant cycle. If the engine is off it doesn’t do it. Tried a reset, that didn’t work. Any ideas?

 

Having the same issue. TSB 20-001 is the current fix for it. Having mine done currently.

Interesting, just got the same bug today and TSB was done mid 2020.

When this happens, if you turn off the engine, exit the car and come back after about 20 minutes and restart it, this should clear the issue.

 

Took it in to the dealer, they replaced the cluster and some clips. Hope that’s the fix for it.
