The HUD Display was working properly yesterday; overnight it decided to just stop. I am not able to utilize the volume controls - it's saying the audio is off. When making a phone call it does not recognize the phone call so I am not able to End Call, etc. In addition, when I push the Apps button, the Navigation option is greyed out. In essence, the only thing I am able to see is my current speed. Has this happened to anyone else? Do I just need to take it to the dealership? I called Acuralink and spoke with their tech support and they recommended I try to reset the Factory settings, but it wasn't a sure fix. Much like computer I already tried turning the vehicle off and back on again. Thoughts? TIA!

 

You should always go to the dealer for warranty work and not play DIY mechanic. Get the issue on the record with your local dealer and let them help resolve the problem.
