Yes, sometime folks need something to get riled up about....even more so now with this pandemic.

Not riled, just skeptical by nature. And by training and education.

If you want to get me riled, ask me what I think of people who accept things on blind faith and refuse to consider evidence to the contrary. The politicization of the current pandemic is a poignant and terrifying example.

Your self proclaimed 'skepticism' is irrelevant. Car owners all over the world use this Ceratec and NONE of them gave a rat's azz what you think about the product. Absolutely NONE of them waited for your agreement or approval, lol. You are inconsequential. Remember that.

We dont care what individual will do to his car.
you asked for thoughts about oil additive in 3rd gen RDX, you got the opinions. The choice is always yours. Good luck

You have reading comprehension issues, dude. I didn't ask for opinions on the merit of the product. Here is what I asked . . . "Anyone else here used Ceratec?". Pretty simple.
And then I get some dummy responses. Yours being one of them. Typically it's a woman who takes a simple statement from a man and twists it into something that wasn't ever said.
You - "Is there a problem with 2.0T engine that needs a solution?"
I never said there was a problem. Show me a quote from my posts where I said there was a problem. Explain yourself.

I think you mean tried and convicted. For false advertising. But you probably knew that...

Wait...What??? Do you mean to tell me that it's not safe to drain the oil and then take the car for a drive around the track?😧 Those shysters!!

Yes of course I know it was false advertising but does anyone else remember those ads and commercials from back in the 70's I think it was? To prove how good their snake oil was, various XYZ oil supplement company's would take a car, drain the oil and drive it around without oil. The idea was to convince people that the additive was so good it would coat the engine and protect it from damage even with no oil. I'm sure the product sixpack is asking about is much newer and improved though.😀

And apologies to the OP for the hijack.

I'm just happy that Astroglide performs as advertised. Best thing that ever came out of the space program.

Now that's a thread jack.
