What are the steps to reset the transmission for 2019+ RDX. Thanks

 

Its constantly learning, so just drive as you want to and it will adjust based on how hard you drive.

 

There were some simple steps about 10 years back. Not sure if they would work on recent models but no harm in trying. See Throttle reset

 

These steps still work on RDX. I do feel some difference in shifting after doing them. I would not say its necessarily better or worse, but something does change in the way it shifts. So this procedure is definitely doing something to memory.

 

Interesting, I regularly do this on the TL, but was thinking the RDX is "too advanced" to have such a simple reset....
Going to try this and see!
Its definitely noticeable in the TL
