The metal on the front of the sunroof is always wet, so when I open it after a rain water gets in the car. When it's closed there's no leaking, but still this doesn't seem right?
There should be a better seal IMO. Does anyone else notice this?

Wow - just looked at your picture, that is super wet. One thing you can do to identify the issue is, leave the shade completely open, then either in the rain or get the roof wet and see where the water is getting in.
Don't have that issue at all on my 2021 RDX, even with heavy rain or snow on the roof - mine is super dry when opening it up. Since yours is a 2022 - take it in to the dealer, maybe the roof needs adjusting to seal better, the seal needs to be replaced or the drains cleared out.

My first thought, living in Las Vegas is....rain water????...what's that? But yeah...into the dealer ASAP....that just looks like there is real damage waiting to happen like headliner damage, or rust somewhere, something shorting out or who knows what.

To solve this problem, we should do the following two checks: 1. Check whether the waterproof strip of the window is aging and loose, and replace it if necessary. 2. Check whether the door drain hole is blocked. If it's blocked, clear it. Most sunroof leaks are caused by blocked sunroof drain holes. My car sunroof also had water droplets (as shown in the picture), but I've fixed it. Also put some on my car moisture absorber bags (the link has a professional introduction, I took its advice), to prevent my car windshield fogs up, all problems are solved.

Seeing as OP has a 2022, it's unlikely that the drain holes were blocked (but not impossible). The 2022's have had a batch of defective sunroof rubber seals that are more than likely OP's issue.
