Sunroof

Hello:

I have a 2014 Acura RDX with the technology package.

I have noticed that when I close my sunroof , there is no way to know that it is closed. It does not make a clicking sound, and there is no indicator on the dashboard saying whether its open. The only way I know for sure is whether I hear wind on the highway.

Is this condition repairable?

Thanks

Do you use the auto open/close or just press and hold until you think its closed?

"Repairable" would imply that there is something broken.

Your sunroof is working as intended. It should "look" closed from the outside when it is closed.

Hi All - anyone have any sunroof issues when closing the sunroof hits the wind deflector bar, and then retracts back into the open position?

I've had mine in the Dealer a couple times, and they are trying to fix.

Dealer contacted corporate, and they let me know that others have seen similar issues.

Isn't there a reset procedure in the owner's manual?

Perhaps his dealer is ignorant like mine. I had to show them how to reset the oil life on my RDX.

When I traded my old wagon for my new wagon, part of the deal was that they move the interior LEDs.

When I picked the car up, they were complaining about the difficulty in getting the door panels off to get to the bulbs. I reached down, popped the clear cover off and said "you mean this?" Their look was priceless.
