Red Interior - Any regrets?

I've never had red seats before and typically choose conservative-colored cars. However, I was thinking of leaving my comfort zone and going for it since I'm tired of all-black interiors. I know its a very polarizing color option, but for those who went for it, do you have any regrets?

Did it get old after a while?

Will they have any affect (positive or negative) on resale?

I was on the fence but now that I have lived with the red seats for 2 years I like them a lot. Have not gotten old. As far as resale, some people will like it, hate it or don't care.

No regret, the red interior actually got a few compliments if matters. For me, I simply dont like black so the choice was simple.

I have no regrets, I didn't buy red interior. There were too many other things i didn't like about the A-Spec, so the color of the interior was never an issue. I am very happy with my Advance with HUD, adaptive dampers, etc.
I also don't like all black interiors, so I have the "parchment" color.

Be sure you are OK with the red gauge illumination as well.

I currently have a BMW, so I'm used to red lighting everywhere. Technically speaking, it's the best for night vision. But that's all moot these days with huge infotainment screens flooding our faces with light.

I refused to buy one without the red leather, one dealer kept telling me they didn't have any more available cause they wanted to move inventory of the black interiors. Black on red is too nice to pass up especially with all the red accents inside the car!

I read an interesting article the other day about why Aviator sun glass lenses are green! (hint; best hue for pilots)

I looked at this interior, but I just could not do it. I know I would have been unhappy with it eventually.

I love the red interior and wish it was available as an option on all trims. I special ordered my previous BMW with the red leather and never grew tired of it after six years. Received constant compliments and it did help me on re-sale (sold it myself and buyer said he would only consider a red interior).

I absolutely love the red interior on this car! I've only had it for a coupe weeks now, but I can tell its not going to get old at all. It's way too beautiful and has gotten nothing but genuine positive reactions when people first see it. That being said, I wanted a red interior and wasn't going to settle for anything else. If this is something out of your comfort zone, then it may very well get old to you at some point. As for resale, there are plenty of people who choose and want the red interior, so I doubt it'll affect it negatively. There will always be someone looking for it in years to come.

My first choice was the red interior but I settled for a discounted black leather that was in stock.

I regret not getting the red leather.

I love the red seats with the white exterior and have also received many compliments. I bought the car for me and could care less about resale as one of my kids will get my car when I'm done with it. I like it so much when I get my next Acura it will have red seat too!

I had them on my last BMW (2015 328i). I got tired of them after the novelty wore off. I much prefer lighter interiors like beige or light gray. I have decided that unless I absolutely fall in love with some other color that is being offered, I'm sticking with white exterior and beige interior for life. I never get bored of it. That would rule out an A spec for me.

I doubt it has any impact on resale value.

I'd avoid them with the blue because of the superman/spiderman color scheme.
