Hey guys:
I found a deal on a Lunar Silver/Ebony RDX Aspec I like, I said to myself I wasn't going to get ANOTHER silver car, but this is the one I found a deal on.
I cant seem to find a CPO Grey/Black so Silver is my second choice. Can anyone comment if this is a darker or lighter silver than my 2012 TL ?
I love my TL, but need something bigger. I am a bit torn to jump on this deal or just wait for a Grey/Ebony to become available.

it’s not a light or dark silver. It a good middle shade and easy to keep clean.

Ha, I've seen your pics before in other threads. You take the BEST pictures...lol. Either that or the Silver RDX is THAT beautiful. What percentage tint do you have ?

Thx. Just a regular iPhone photos. I stored it at the Petrol Lounge vehicle storage in Austin Texas for a few months in 2021. She had very high price friends to park next too. It’s a climate controlled, filtered so no dust, highly secure car storage that has a diverse collection. They put your vehicle on a battery tender and start it up once a week and move it around so no tire flat spots.

I was torn between Silver and pearl white. That silver really pops in the sun, and a good contrast to the black accents. Plus, you can see the sharp body lines. Wanted blue, but it was to blue/purple to my eyes.

Tint -
LLUMAR ceramic CTX [would choose IRX next time and do all windows at the same time)
30% - Driver and Passenger doors.
80% Air windshield tint (best upgrade I made, especially in the hot Texas summers - makes a tremendous difference and does not impede view driving at night). BUT was not done till after that photo - but it’s essentially clear.
All rear windows and pano roof are stock (May get them with 80% LLUMAR air to cut the heat from my tinter.)

Beautiful!!! IMO this is the most beautiful color on the A-Spec RDX. It's a very silky smooth silver. Not like a plain silver, but has some nice depth and shine. If it was available with a red leather interior option it woulf 1000% be my number 1 option. Sincd it is not I am between white and grey.

I too am torn between Grey and Silver. My current (and prior) car is Silver so I wanted something different. But I do like this Silver...
Interestingly enough, this is the only color that does not cost extra.
I compared the Silver and Grey in person at the dealer yesterday, the Silver looks Sporty, the Grey more reserved.
I wasn't a fan of the Red or Black. I also think the Aspec Advance wheels on the White and Silver specifically look really good.

A picture of Silver in the sun. 31 months old and still drives and looks like new. Front windshield has LLumar 80% Air tint, Driver and passenger side windows are 30% - rest are Acura factory tint.

I like the grey but I find that it has a lot of purple to it, the 2022+ grey is a lot deeper and a lot less purple so I like it way more. I do like the red but it only comes with a black interior and I am really not a fan. the blue is my least favorite color, it's a little bit too boy racer for me. I will never do black because I did that once and swore off it for life. So really my only options are grey and white and the white is a little bland.

I am with you on all of that. Grey/Silver are my two favs. Silver looks sportier to me, gray more subdued but still really nice. Hard to find though...

If silver came with a red interior that would be my dream combo. I still scratch my head at Acura offering the blue with red interior but not the silver??
