absolutely love it
better than my wife’s mdx although the build quality is not as good as I have 400 miles and already the front control arm are squeaking!

Weird that you have control arm squeaking. I have 14 months and 17,000+ miles on my '19 and have never heard a suspension or brake squeak. Neither have any of my younger passengers! LOL
Hopefully, you'll get into your dealer who will get it all squared away for you.
I love my RDX

Congrats, dont worry about lower arms, they will fix it, it looks like newly updated part just came out (might be long wait to get it). This is not a safety item, so just make appt with dealership and wait for part to come in.

Regarding the OP's suspension squeak: why is this still happening in MY2020 cars? Looking at Problem & Fixes comments from last year, there was a revised control arm with a new part # used for the fix in 2019 cars. Are they not building 2020 units with the revised part?

I too picked my my new 2020 A-Spec in February, with a 1/2020 build date, by requesting the dealer give me the one with the lastest VIN and I still have the squeaky LCA on bumps and speed bumps on the driver's side and brake groans when the rotors are cold. So it appears Acura is still not using revised parts as of 1/2020.

Nope, my 2020 still have the disappointing squeak and the sad thing is dealership here in Dallas (DFW) will not replace these control arms, they will tell you that they don't hear anything! What the H Acura, these should be an automatic repair!

It’s getting warmer here weather wise so the noise seems to go away- my build date is Jan of 20 you would think they would have fixed this issue by now huh? I’m gonna contact the dealer and get this handled soon but otherwise I don’t want to stop driving this thing- I love it

Does anyone know offhand if or where a part # is visible on the control arm? I'll be underneath the car with a flashlight tomorrow.

Honestly, this is extremely disappointing. To have a known problem, with a known fix, carry over to a new model year likely means Acura is still using existing defective parts stock. As a longtime Honda/Acura customer, I'm having trouble with this possibility.

its a 3rd revision that was recently released, I doubt any new cars have it unless its build in the last few weeks.

What I don't understand, is my 2019 Advance FWD hasn't had one suspension noise...or brake squeak/noise for that matter.
Are these "sounds" something that a normal driver with windows closed and sound system playing would hear? Or do windows need to be open and radio off to hear? Once a week I take my 88 year old mother out shopping, and the radio is OFF, and even them I don't hear anything (but her going on and on about her subject of the day)....but I digress...
Are there different control arms based on assembly location (assuming there is more than one) or location of parts manufacture. or are different parts/parts numbers used on different trim levels, or AWD vs FWD???? Or is it a temperature or moisture level issue?
18,000 miles /14+ months of driving enjoyment.

We really don’t have much information on this, there are no public TSBs, only informal conversations with the service department.
acura been silently changing part numbers for these parts, probably in attempt to redesign them. There were also rumors that problem could be with factory installation being wrong which results in premature failure. I am on a second revision for couple month, so far it’s good, but why did they make 3rd revision then? I wish somebody had more information on this.

Enjoy your car, lower arms squeak is a minor issue, and I am sure it will get resolved at later time by your dealer. Its not like you have defective engine/trans to louse sleep over
