I recently experienced an issue with the infotainment system where the nav location wasn't updating and clock was resetting to April 16 at 6:00 along with an occasional pop up message referencing the time/date application is not responding. I believe it has been reported on here before. Sat radio and the Acuralink vehicle locator still functioned and reported correctly. In my case the fix was replacement of the infotainment unit. Of course was an inconvenience re-doing radio and phone favorites, but it wasn't too bad as most other settings seemed to be maintained. The only real problem I experienced was dealer communication regarding the arrival of the part. 2023 with 9k on the clock.

 

Our 25 has had a blank screen a couple times when driving and some of the station changing controls didn't work @ 3k miles. They replaced the infotainment under warranty.

 

@dallison Thabks for sharing, had similar issue as well along with audio cutting out with my 2023 RDX with 4,440 miles and still under warranty. Did they replace your screen as well? They didn't replace mine just the infotainment control sysytem.

 

You know what, i'm not sure.
