well as many know for the last month ive had my car in and out of the dealership with various audio problems with my radio/nav/handsfree units in my car. well it all started when my volume stopped working and the nav screen touch response stopped working. The audio worked fine just didnt get response of out of the radio and screen at times. so i took it in and they said they replaced the screen and radio. So a few days after that the audio started acting up, at times i would get nothing but static out of the audio system, then it turned into loud popping at times. Then it went to moments of complete silence. I didnt get those issues until after they replaced the radio and nav screen. They said they have to call California because they have never heard of the issue before and they had my car for 5 days. Then they started asking me did i have any aftermarket equipment in teh car and i was like Yes an Ipod adapter. So they though was causing the issue so i have to take it out, Guess what!!!!!!the problem still happens. Then the problems still happens and now if i listen to cd's i get sound but after the cd player switches to the text cd or i hit the hands-free unit i get static but if i switch back to the cd then the music comes back on. Can anyone help me find the problem or any suggestions. I just want my music to work with no issues, other then that the car is wonderful.

 

Should i be offended???

The lady calls me too tell me my car is ready, they replaced the radio but says" if you add anything aftermarket again they will not replace the radio". i mean hell the radio started messing up so i added the ipod adapter after thinking i can live without cd's then the problem gets worse. They replace the radio with an obviously bad radio and now its my fault. who is to say this this new radio works??
