Body plugs that go under the car, your dealer forgot to install them, I would go back and question them if they performed full TQI inspection as they are supposed to. They are getting lazy, they must perform TQI before car is sold.

That's what the body plugs look like? They don't look like they would snap into place....
I have yet to check my car to see if it has body plugs installed. I suspect the dealer did not install them. My dealer doesn't have a great reputation with me for attention to detail, ever since I found a banana peel in my engine bay.

I will ask the dealership to have a look today. Unfortunately I have to bring my car in already for the lift gate snapping noise. The middle of the lift gate is creased/dented and the edge is very rough where it’s making some contact. I’m extremely disappointed having owned this car for 1 week. This quality is unacceptable on a vehicle that MSRP’s at 47k

you mentioned struts..did you have an issue with your front strut? My driver side front strut/shock is clicking and squeaking over every bump

I'm one of those that actually bought a couple of these body plugs since they weren't put in. I thought we only needed two (right between front and rear doors), but he's showing five. Are there other spots they should be installed?

The bigger concern if dealer was lazy and skipped other TQI checks listed in the instructions.

Can someone link to the TQI document?
Im curious if mine were properly installed since my dealership was pretty rushed in delivering the vehicle to me. I know this because the headlights needed adjustment for being too high which should have been adjusted during the TQI.

I am very confused with these body plugs. I had 5 loose ones in the trunk and found two more today in a sealed plastic bag in the glove box for a total of 7. Also found the small circular cap that goes under the hood where the latch mechanism is..will attach that photo. I looked at the other threads, some say only two holes should be plugged, the TQI PDF looks like 4 plugs should be installed..but under the car there are 7 holes available. 3 along each side and 1 where the spare tire would be (if you have an A-Spec without a spare). We gotta get to the bottom of this to make sure they are in the right place. Cant have water getting in or not being able to drain properly.

So the TQI shows two spots that obvious spots that they want the body plugs installed. If you look at the front of the image it looks like there are two more bold circles where they want plugs installed but its more subtle. Curious who has two, four or six installed? The 5th and 6th ones would go just in front of the rear wheel - there is another hole there..
