Its too late to call the dealer but i will take it in if the battery is still working, i tried resetting it by pushing the start button but no dice... all i get is this screen. You can either pull fuse #37 (audio) in the fuse box underneath the dash by your left knee, or disconnect the negative battery cable; I did former when this happened to me.

Have you tried hitting the Home button? If that doesn't work, try the 3-finger rebooting the infotainment.

So I ended up taking it to the dealership they couldn’t figure it out but the battery was beyond repair so they replaced it and it seems like that fixed the problem for now..

Same exact problem - Locked Screen drains battery

Curious if your new battery solved it. This has happened to me half a dozen times over the life of the car and it's totally random. It's aggravating as hell!! Of course I could not repeat it for the dealer. Anyone have any additional information/insight on this?
