When should I drop mine off? LOL Nice work!

I hate not having a hose at my condo (but love not having to do yard work) so my only wash options are to pay for it. I avoid drive through washes as well. During the summer Im in the Poconos most weekends so a clean car doesnt last long before the dead bugs and sap build up. My biggest grudge is how quickly the nice A-Spec tail pipes get dirty.

How do you keep dust out? I am annoyed that even when there is no rain, the waxed car is a big dust/pollen magnet.

One more pic with sunshine

Check out the 'California Car Duster'. Works great on dust.

I think wax attracts dust, I was wondering if there are any waxes that repel dust

I would imagine that certain ceramic coats would provide some dust repulsion since they affect the static properties of paint.

yeah, I would want to try some because my car is a big magnet for dust when its freshly waxed. It must be something about static

Most ceramic sprays also have "self cleaning properties" though the quality can vary as it may not be a focus for the product. I use Kamikaze Overcoat as my ceramic topper spray (https://www.kamikaze-usa.com/product...at-liquid-5-2/) on top of my ceramic coating and it's self cleaning properties are outstanding - it's not cheap at all (about $100USD for a bottle) but if you want the best repulsion this is it. Polish Angel Cosmic Spritz (https://www.kamikaze-usa.com/product...at-liquid-5-2/) is apparently also excellent at self-cleaning but I haven't tried it myself.

Thanks dude, I appreciate the valuable input. To me it is completely worth it! I swore off of black/dark cars for life when I spent 5 hours detailing my last black vehicle, parking it inside of a fully covered garage and STILL finding a fine coating of dust in the morning the next day.

But does it protect from dust attraction? I also have black RDX, and the dust magnet is out of control even in closed garage!

It does yes. Wax causes the paint to become electrostaticly charged which is what attracts the dust. The ceramic coating takes away that charge (or at the least reduces it) leading to much better dust repulsion overall, not to mention the added bonus of water beading off so no water spots after a wash. Quick wash with the hose and it's brand new with little fuss.
