Costco Tire, scratched my rim
Went to costco last night, for tire repair, in the morning found out that my rim has deep scratched, report to costco and they said they have to check their surveillance camera in their garage making sure that this happen there?, how can they see it on camera if their mechanic that fix my tire did it, is that even possible, anyway anyone have any experience costco when it come to claim..Luckily I took a picture before I drop my car off.

You probably should have shown them the pix you took before you handed your rim off to them. That, in theory, would have put them on notice.
I had a tire repaired recently and asked the person at the front desk to please be careful with the rim as they are no longer available. When I came to pick it up, it turned out the guy at the front desk was the owner and he told me he replaced the piece of equipment that runs along the rim with a brand new one to ensure it didn't scratch it. I know this isn't going to happen everywhere but just passing along my quick story.
Best of luck with your situation and please do let us know how this plays out.

IMO - That’s going to be a tough one to fight, if you didn’t take a pick of the rim before or had the advisor make a note no marks on the wheel when dropped off.
On the bright side, plenty of mobile wheel/rim repair places that can make it look like new for about $125-$150.

Sam’s club tire scratched my rim once. Talked to the manager right away and they had to create a report. After that, one of their department worked with me and reimbursed me about $250 for the damaged wheel.
