What is the Click Clock sounds that happens every time I start to drive the car. It happens within the first 30 seconds of driving the car. The dealer has no idea what I’m talking about.

 

Where does the sound come from? Do you have a video?

 

It sounds like the doors are set to auto-lock after the car begins to move.

 

Does this happen right after startup and goes for about 4-6 seconds? Sounds something in-between a long fart and paper ripping slowly?

I just had it happen to me yesterday and my wife had noted it as well - doesn't happen all the time but has come out of nowhere. Sounds like it's coming out of the driver side dash, almost like something is trying to physically load.

 

After reading others wondering what is creating the notification click clock sound that comes through the speakers, it is traffic notification from Sirius XM for my local city setting. It updates each time you start your car. It can be turned off under Sirius XM settings, but now that I know what it is, I’ll leave it as is. Thanks all for your inputs.
