We bought 2020 RDX ADV BLK a little over 2 months ago and have always had issues playing musing from USB drive. If I plugin the USB drive, it initializes quickly and starts playing, but some times (which is about 50%), the screen says "initializing" the message never goes away. However, if I pull the USB drive off the port and put it back, it works fine again and no issues until the next restart. I have upgraded the firmware to the latest D1.2.1, but didn't fix the issue. I tried with 3 different USB drives and all have the same problem. I am currently using . All/most of my songs are in mp3 format and it is possible that compression format causing an issue? This is really annoying and not sure if there is a way to address the issue.

The 16 speaker system is amazing and sounds better than my home theater system especially new music from USB drive. Unfortunately, music from FM radio channels isn't that great, which is probably expected.
