Finally broke down and bought cargo cover for wife's 2019 RDX from Amazon for $79. Popped out the two square plugs and easily installed. Still mad that I didn't notice it was not included.

 

That's a lot cheaper than the one I bought at Amazon last year. I tried to get the sales guys to throw it in but they wouldn't do it. At least I knew it wasn't included before purchasing. I hate those nasty surprises.

 

I don't understand how an optional accessory can be a surprise. If it's important to you, just ask. It's clearly stated on Acura's build and price page.

I wouldn't want it. I got one with my Pilot when I bought the car and never used it. It rattled annoyingly either extended or retracted and I had to remove it whenever I put the seats down to haul anything big. It spent its life in the corner of my garage.

For me, the privacy glass is enough. If I have to carry any guns, drugs, cash or people parts, I just throw a blanket over.

 

I feel naked without the cargo cover. So I bought one from Aamzon.
