AcuraLink Expiring Notification
I think my 6-month complimentary subscription to these services ended recently. I renewed remote and security but not concierge. My Galaxy S22 keeps on alerting me that a subscription is expiring (like once a day). I can't figure out a way to stop them. Anyone have any ideas? Thx.
I renewed on my 20 mdx and it hasn't done that. My rdx hasn't come up for renewal yet.

Had a semi-related issue some time back when I renewed our Security and Remote as well. In our case, we actually lost features within the app, as well as being told it was expired. Took about a week and some back/forth calls, but in the end our situation was a known issue between the billing side and the app registry acknowledging the next/current term was paid for. Rep knew exactly what it was when I called and described, and he said it had to be forwarded to one of the devs for them to do something on the backend of our account. Got us squared away though, (and now I wait to see what happens at the next renewal, hah). It affects some, but not others, go figure.
