AcuraLink Expiring Notification

I think my 6-month complimentary subscription to these services ended recently. I renewed remote and security but not concierge. My Galaxy S22 keeps on alerting me that a subscription is expiring (like once a day). I can't figure out a way to stop them. Anyone have any ideas? Thx.

You could try swiping down, then going to settings (gear) and then notifications and see if you can turn off that notification in particular. There should an on/off switch. Hope this helps.

I looked. I am afraid it will turn off all notifications for the app - which I don't want to do.

I renewed on my 20 mdx and it hasn't done that. My rdx hasn't come up for renewal yet.

Push the blue roof button 9-5 weekdays. Those people have solved every Acuralink problem I or other forum users I''ve seen have ever had. Sometimes they need your password so you may want to temporarily change it before you call.

Had a semi-related issue some time back when I renewed our Security and Remote as well. In our case, we actually lost features within the app, as well as being told it was expired. Took about a week and some back/forth calls, but in the end our situation was a known issue between the billing side and the app registry acknowledging the next/current term was paid for. Rep knew exactly what it was when I called and described, and he said it had to be forwarded to one of the devs for them to do something on the backend of our account. Got us squared away though, (and now I wait to see what happens at the next renewal, hah). It affects some, but not others, go figure.

Not yet. But I didn't try using the blue button yet. I will keep you posted.

You can push the blue button nights/weekends if easier. The reps are still good enough to take down your issue and refer it to a backend tech to fix during work hours.

The issue seems to have corrected itself. I am not sure exactly when - or why.
