The MSRP is $49,460 for an AWD tech. So that will make it $5K off and a very good deal. Which dealer?

Is this a lease?

I received pricing from 4 different dealers in my area which is tri-state NYC. Best I have is $52,500 for 2015 MDX Advance w Entertainment. It includes destination and handling so the only other expenses I am gonna pay for are taxes and tags and $250 dealer doc fees which is lower than the other guys whom were charging $400. I think I'm gonna go w this deal.

I will be adding fog lamps, advance running boards, cross bars, sport trim, and hitch but will pay for those out of pocket up front.

In case it matters WDP exterior, Eucalyptus interior.

2015 MDX SH-AWD Tech (08/2014) Silvermoon/Ebony
MSRP: $49,735/- (incl. dst)
SP: $45,300/- (incl. dst)
Loc: SoCal

Though I like the new MDX a lot, some issues I have heard from others on this site has scared me a bit.. but then love is blind.. so for the first time I'm leasing..

So the lease #s now,
Residual: 63%
MF: 0.00164
Term: 12k mi / 36 months

Also got some acc. for free!

From exp. i think 8-10% below MSRP is what you wanna shoot for..

Good luck!

I picked up my 2015 MDX Silver Moon (Ebony Interior) Advance with Entertainment and Technology Package. MSRP was 57,650 with destination. Acura Columbus gave it to me for $53,400. I would defintely recommend the dealer. They were amazing to deal with.

It's a shame I had to drive to pick it up. Local dealers refused to come close to that price.

I added extras like mats, heated steering wheel, etc.

There is so much profit packed into accessories that if you add some, asking what someone paid for the truck is irrelevant. The dealer makes the profit on the fog lights, mats, heated wheel, etc. What I would like to know is what buyers are paying with no accessories in the deal.

I agree. That's why I posted only the price for the car and stated that I would be adding accessories but paying separately. Everyone should post just car and then accessories separately.

If this is a lease, would you mind sharing the payment, out of pocket etc they quoted you??

I have used Rallye (Acura, Lexus, Mercedes) for over 10 years and if I get another MDX it will probably be from them.
Thanks

Any from the greater Houston area? For a 2015 MDX Fwd Tech, a dealer here offered $45,000 includes dist but not tax and title. Still thinking about it.

I got the car for invoice which I stated so the delta is what I paid for all my accessories, installed. Make sure you negotiate that you expect the accessories installed, they can get you bad on the labor charges for installing the accessories. huge profit area for dealers

Doesn't sound like a good deal, you should shop around some more.
