2015 MDX Tech

Codes:
P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303 [Multiple Misfires, Misfire in cylinder 1,2,3]

Warnings:
Front collision warning, emissions warning, etc... (Went away after D/C battery)

Troubleshooting:
Spark plugs are ok (~12k miles on denso plugs)
Battery tested ~12.6V at rest, 14.5 at idle
Fuel Pressure test ok

Scenario:
Drove fine to work, went to gas station, filled from emtpy to full with 93 at the same station I always use. Drove 60 miles 80% highway driving @ 60-70mph with light accelerations, exited the highway and encountered rough idle and flashing CEL (misfires) at stoplight next to house. Got home and shut off car, tunred on, encountered the entire list of warning indicators then turned off car. Unplugged battery and let sit over night, connected and started car and encountered misfires, proceeded to troubleshoot. Did one more iteration of d/c battery and letting it sit then starting it up, still having same codes and flashing CEL.

VCM turns off cylinders 1-3 which coincidentally are the ones im having issues with, maybe the system never turned them back on? VCM is all new to me though.
